Description

This library allows you to use a 16x2 LCD display connected to FlyPort. You can send alphanumeric string or characters and clear the screen. Include the file lcd16x2.h to use the functions.

Importing into OpenPicus IDE

Import ALL the files of the library using the button “external lib” of the IDE, then Include lcd16x2.h in the files in which you want to use the functions (using the directive #include “lcd16x2.h”). How To import external Lib Tutorial

LCDInit

This function initializes and resets the display.

void LCDInit( )


LCDXY

This function puts the cursor to the display coordinates x:y

void LCDXY(BYTE x, BYTE y)
Argument Description
BYTE x column
BYTE y line


LCDPuts

This function writes a string on the display:

void LCDPuts(char *string)
Argument Description
char *string string or array to be displayed


LCDPutc

This function writes a single character on the display

void LCDPutc(BYTE c)
Argument Description
BYTE c single character
