IDEpro for FlyportPRO modules, IoT Kits and Starter Kits

Download and install the following tools:

  1. Microchip C30 compiler v3.24
  2. IDEpro 2.10.0 Installer
  3. .NET framework is needed to run our IDEpro. Download it here
  4. FTDI USB to serial driver Download it here

Some recommendations

F1 API quick reference: Pressing F1 on the IDE and get a quick reference containing the description of the APIs. If you highlight a function and then press F1 you get specific help about that function.
Serial Bootloader: Each module comes with serial booloader preloaded in memory. It means you can flash your firmware simply using a serial connection (on the IoT Kit there's an FTDI usb to serial converter)
